See the deliverable before you pay for one

Both reports below are real formats with client-identifying details removed. Nothing is behind an email gate — open them, read them, and decide whether the paid version is worth it.

Paid deliverables

Colour, film weight and sub-suppliers drifting between batch one and batch three.
Why the approved sample is not a guarantee. Every item on this chart passes a visual check — which is exactly why batch consistency needs a record, not an eye.

Two sample reports

Every report states what was checked, how it was checked, and what could not be verified — including the gaps in my own work.

Supplier verification report

PDF · anonymised sample · $49 report

Level 1 — platform screen, price and repeat-rate comparison, and the red flags I can see from the desk. That is what the free sample shows. The paid report adds Level 2: legal entity, real factory or trading company, capability and QC system for your product, and a clear recommendation — proceed, proceed with conditions, or avoid. Section 6 of the sample lists exactly what Level 2 covers.

  • What was checked, and how
  • Red flags, stated plainly
  • What could not be verified

Compliance gap check

PDF · anonymised sample · $99 report

What documents the supplier actually holds, mapped against what your target market requires, with the gap list and a document request list you can forward to the supplier as it is.

  • Document inventory, item by item
  • Mapped against your target market
  • A request list you can forward

What these samples do not contain: the names behind the letters, or any judgement about the specific company you are considering. That is the part you pay for.
